Appropriates funds from the general fund in fiscal year 2027 to the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to purchase and install a continuous emission monitoring system that measures lead concentration and frequency in air emissions from permitted facilities

Priority for grant awards goes to facilities that have exceeded lead emission limits multiple times within the last five years and are located within one mile of significant residential populations

Grant may cover up to 100 percent of purchase price and installation costs for the monitoring system

Funding is a onetime appropriation available until June 30, 2029, with a portion available for MPCA administrative costs and technical assistance to grant recipients
