Removes the current prohibition on the Board of Animal Health issuing new registrations for white-tailed deer farms in Minnesota

Eliminates the existing provision that allowed registered white-tailed deer farm owners to sell or transfer their registration to an immediate family member one time for a $500 fee

Maintains the requirement that all persons possessing live Cervidae (deer family) must register with the Board of Animal Health and meet all farmed Cervidae requirements

Retains the authority of the Commissioner of Natural Resources to seize and destroy Cervidae possessed without proper registration
