Authorizes the city of Audubon to impose a 0.5% local sales and use tax upon voter approval at a local election

Tax revenues must fund the Fire Hall Project, with financing capped at $3,000,000 plus associated bonding and administrative costs

The city may issue bonds up to $3,000,000 principal to finance the project; bonds are excluded from the city's debt limitations and require no separate bond election

Tax expires at the earlier of 20 years after first imposed or when sufficient revenue has been collected to cover all project and bonding costs

Any remaining funds after tax termination must be deposited into the city's general fund
