Creates survivor support special license plates available to owners of passenger automobiles, recreational vehicles, one-ton pickup trucks, and motorcycles beginning January 1, 2027

Requires a $30 contribution upon initial application and a minimum of $30 annually, with all contributions deposited into the crime victims account established under section 611A.612

Plate design must be developed by the commissioner in consultation with the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault, Violence Free Minnesota, and other interested groups

Plates may be transferred to another qualifying vehicle owned by the same individual for a $5 transfer fee; contributions are non-refundable

Appropriates funds from the crime victims account to cover the department's administrative costs for the program
