Expands supervision options for journeyworker electricians and power limited technicians to include work performed under master electricians employed through "joint employment" arrangements, not just direct employment by the same employer

Allows licensed electricians to work for any licensed contractor rather than requiring they be employed by "the" specific licensed contractor, providing more flexibility in employment relationships

Requires unlicensed individuals performing electrical work to be employed by a licensed electrical contractor, replacing the previous requirement that they simply share "the same employer" as their supervising licensed individual

Amends Minnesota Statutes section 326B.33, subdivisions 2, 7, and 12, which govern journeyworker electricians, power limited technicians, and unlicensed individuals respectively
