Appropriates $390,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for grants to Hennepin County and/or the cities of Medina, Independence, and Loretto

Funds will be used to design, engineer, and construct railroad crossing safety improvements and street reconstruction at Town Line Road

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $390,000 to provide the appropriated funds

Effective the day following final enactment
