Increases the student support personnel allowance from $30.05 to $48.73 per adjusted pupil unit for fiscal year 2026 and later, eliminating the previously scheduled decrease to $34.32 for fiscal year 2028

Raises the cooperative student support allowance from $1.60 to $2.44 per adjusted pupil unit for fiscal year 2026 and later

Amends appropriations for student support personnel aid, replacing the previously enacted amounts of $44,950,000 for 2026 and $45,772,000 for 2027 with new amounts (specific figures to be determined)

Maintains minimum aid floors of $40,000 for independent/special school districts and $20,000 for charter schools

Effective the day following final enactment
