Establishes a food delivery support account in the special revenue fund to provide grants to nonprofit organizations for transporting home-delivered meals, groceries, and purchased food to Minnesotans experiencing food insecurity due to limited mobility, disability, age, or resources

Adds coordination with health and long-term care systems, emergency preparedness systems, and other stakeholders as a new program goal for senior nutrition programs

Expands allowable nutrition support services to include medically tailored meals and explicitly adds technology as a tool to support program delivery

Updates terminology throughout the statute from "seniors" and "senior citizens" to "older adults" and changes "supermarkets" to "grocery stores"

Expands eligible community partners for innovative meal models to include hospitals, food shelves, food pantries, and farmers alongside existing partners like schools and restaurants
