Applications for initial license, renewal, or reinstatement expire if not completed within 12 months of submission to the Board of Pharmacy.

License/registration renewal deadlines extended from 60 to 90 days before expiration for relocation, ownership change, and business structure change applications to qualify for reduced fees ($5,000 reduction for most license types, $55,000 for one category).

Establishes specific annual expiration dates for all pharmacy-related licenses: pharmacist licenses expire February 28, pharmacy licenses expire June 30, manufacturer and wholesale distributor licenses expire May 31, third-party logistics provider licenses expire October 31, and pharmacy technician registrations expire December 31.

Out-of-state pharmacies must now furnish inspection reports from their state regulatory agency within the preceding 24 months as a condition of licensure, rather than this being optional.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 151.13 and Minnesota Rules 6800.0400 and 6800.1150, consolidating renewal fee and expiration provisions into new statutory sections.
