Appropriates $18,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Natural Resources for reforestation on 60 designated state forest lands across Minnesota

Allows up to $8,000,000 of the appropriation to be used for forest stand improvement, management, and treatment of emerald ash borer and spruce budworm infestations

Reforestation activities include purchasing native seeds and seedlings, planting, seeding, site preparation, and protection on state-administered lands

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue up to $18,000,000 in state bonds to fund the appropriation
