Increases the city of Sauk Centre's bonding authority from $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 for projects funded by the local sales tax originally authorized in 2019

Raises the tax collection cap from $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 before the local sales tax must terminate

Requires voter approval at an election before the modifications to bonding authority and tax collection limits take effect

Maintains the existing tax expiration date of December 31, 2045, or earlier if the collection cap is reached or the city terminates the tax by ordinance

Becomes effective the day after the city of Sauk Centre's governing body and chief clerical officer complete required compliance procedures
