Appropriates $18,400,000 in state bond proceeds for grants to Savage and/or Burnsville for local road improvements, including intersection improvements at Quentin, Lynn, Chowen, and Washburn Avenues along Highway 13, plus associated frontage roads, backage roads, connecting streets, and utility infrastructure.

Appropriates $50,100,000 from trunk highway fund bond proceeds to the Commissioner of Transportation for property acquisition, easement acquisition, final design, and construction of improvements to Trunk Highway 13 through Savage and Burnsville.

Total appropriation of $68,500,000 funded through the sale and issuance of state bonds by the Commissioner of Management and Budget.

Bond sales authorized under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631-16A.675 (general bonds) and sections 167.50-167.52 (trunk highway bonds), as well as relevant Minnesota Constitution provisions.

Effective the day following final enactment.
