Appropriates $4,300,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Transportation for intersection improvements at Trunk Highway 65 and Bunker Lake Boulevard Northeast (County State-Aid Highway 116) in Ham Lake, Anoka County

Funds cover preliminary engineering, environmental documentation, final design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of the intersection and associated frontage and backage roads

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue up to $4,300,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund the project
