Creates "Curl in Minnesota" special license plates available for passenger automobiles, noncommercial one-ton pickup trucks, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles effective January 1, 2027

Requires applicants to contribute a minimum of $30 annually to the Minnesota Curling Association account, in addition to standard special plate fees and registration taxes

Plate design must include the inscription "Curl in Minnesota" and be developed in consultation with the Minnesota Curling Association

Plates may be transferred to another qualifying vehicle registered to the same owner for a $5 transfer fee

Contributions are deposited into a special revenue fund account, with money appropriated first for administrative costs and the remainder distributed to the Minnesota Curling Association for facility maintenance statewide
