Appropriates $103,326,000 from the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund for fiscal year 2026 for various environmental projects across Minnesota

Funds wildlife research including deer studies on Fond du Lac Reservation ($1,441,000), moose recruitment research ($2,007,000), walleye climate adaptation ($298,000), and wolf-deer predation studies ($809,000)

Allocates $11,812,000 for water resources projects including native mussel restoration ($1,258,000), PFAS remediation research ($1,336,000), and arsenic testing for rural well owners ($994,000)

Provides $11,965,000 for environmental education including $3,992,000 for outdoor school scholarships at residential learning centers and $700,000 for needs-based youth outdoor education scholarships

Extends availability of several prior appropriations from 2021-2024 environmental trust fund bills and modifies two 2024 appropriations to clarify project scope for lake water quality modeling and priority lakes habitat protection
