Increases payment rates by 50 percent for residential substance use disorder treatment services provided on or after July 1, 2025, compared to rates in effect on January 1, 2025

Applies to specific residential services listed in section 254B.05, subdivision 5, paragraph (b), clauses (1), (6), (8), (9), and (10)

Modifies the existing 1 percent rate increase provision from 2017 to exclude services now eligible for the new 50 percent increase

Providers must meet the requirements of section 254B.05 to qualify for the rate increase
