Prohibits home rule charter cities, statutory cities, counties, townships, and school districts from adopting or enforcing ranked-choice voting for local offices

Defines ranked-choice voting as any election method where voters rank candidates or assign numerical values in order of preference

Voids any existing rule, resolution, charter provision, or ordinance that conflicts with this prohibition

Applies to elections on or after the day following final enactment
