Allows voters to request their name be withheld from public records by submitting a signed statement that disclosure would threaten their safety or their family's safety

Requires anyone requesting public voter data to provide written certification that the information will only be used for elections, political activities, or law enforcement purposes

Repeals existing sections 13.607 subdivision 6 and 201.091 subdivision 9, consolidating data classification rules into a new framework effective the day after enactment
