Increases Minnesota's minimum wage from current rates to $15.00/hour on August 1, 2025, rising incrementally to $20.00/hour by August 1, 2029

Establishes annual increases: $15.00 (2025), $16.25 (2026), $17.50 (2027), $18.75 (2028), $20.00 (2029)

Sets lower training wage for employees under age 20 during first 90 days of employment: $13.00/hour (2025) rising to $18.00/hour (2029)

Beginning January 1, 2030, minimum wage will adjust annually based on inflation, capped at 5% per year and cannot decrease

Prohibits employers from displacing workers or reducing hours, wages, or benefits to hire employees at the lower youth training wage
