Appropriates $2,500,000 from the bond proceeds fund as a grant to Sherburne County for property acquisition, environmental documentation, and engineering for local road portions of a new interchange at U.S. Highway 10 and County State-Aid Highway 11 in Becker Township

Appropriates an additional $2,500,000 from the trunk highway fund bond proceeds account for property acquisition, environmental documentation, and engineering of the trunk highway portions of the same interchange

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue up to $5,000,000 total in state bonds to fund both appropriations

The local road funding is contingent on the commissioner determining that sufficient funding has been committed to complete the entire project

Effective the day following final enactment
