Amends Minnesota Statutes section 256I.04, subdivision 2b, governing housing support agreements between agencies and providers

Removes the ability to terminate housing support agreements "without cause," now requiring cause for termination by the commissioner, agency, or provider with two calendar months prior notice

Prohibits agencies from refusing to enter housing support agreements or limiting their availability based on the type of medical assistance or publicly funded program a potential resident may receive

Prohibits agencies from refusing agreements based on an establishment's size, capacity, location, zoning classification, or building type, unless otherwise prohibited under existing law
