Expands qualifying training pathways for Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) workers to receive enhanced reimbursement rates when serving participants who need 10 or more hours per day of care

Adds two new acceptable training options beyond current Medicare home health aide/nursing assistant requirements: alternative state-approved training programs, or individualized training provided by the participant's personal health care provider, worker training professional, or responsible party

Maintains existing requirement that enhanced rate eligibility requires serving participants who qualify for 10+ hours per day of CFSS services

Effective July 1, 2025, or upon federal approval, whichever is later; commissioner must notify revisor of statutes when federal approval is obtained
