Proposes amending Article IV, Section 4 of the Minnesota Constitution to establish staggered four-year terms for state senators

Senators elected from even-numbered districts would serve two-year terms at the first election following a new legislative apportionment (redistricting)

Senators elected from odd-numbered districts would serve two-year terms at the last election before a new legislative apportionment

Retains requirement for complete re-election of all senators after each redistricting cycle

Constitutional amendment question would appear on the 2026 general election ballot for voter approval
