Appropriates $3,000,000 per year in fiscal years 2026 and 2027 from the general fund to the Department of Education for special education apprenticeship program grants

Requires the department to award $740,000 grants to each of four intermediate school districts: Nos. 287, 288, 916, and 917

Allowable grant expenditures include program oversight and administration, apprentice stipends and tuition, mentor teacher stipends, and substitute teacher costs

Up to $40,000 of the appropriation may be used for grant administration by the department
