Establishes the membership and meeting schedules for 21 standing committees of the Minnesota Senate for the 94th legislative session

Committee sizes range from 9 to 13 members, with each committee having a Chair, Vice Chair, and Lead position designated

Most committees meet twice weekly (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) for two-hour blocks, typically either 8:30-10:30 a.m., 12:30-2:30 p.m., or 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Committees meet in various locations including rooms in the Minnesota Senate Building (MSB) and the Capitol building, with the Rules and Administration Committee designated as "on-call"

Key committees include Finance, Taxes, Education Finance, Health and Human Services, Judiciary and Public Safety, and Capital Investment, among others covering areas such as agriculture, elections, housing, and transportation
