Authorizes the Committee on Rules and Administration to assign matters to Senate committees and subcommittees for study during the interim between the 2025 and 2026 sessions of the 94th Legislature

Empowers the Subcommittee on Committees to fill vacancies in committees, commissions, and other bodies requiring Senate appointments during the interim

Continues the Secretary of the Senate's duties during the interim, including correcting the Senate Journal, employing necessary staff, and managing contracts over $20,000 with committee approval

Provides for reimbursement of expenses for Senate members and staff performing duties during the interim, with amounts determined by the Committee on Rules and Administration

Reserves all Senate facilities including the Chamber, committee rooms, and office space exclusively for Senate use, with any other use requiring approval from the Secretary and Rules Committee
