Proposes constitutional amendment limiting state legislators to maximum 20 years of service in the house of representatives or senate combined.

Limits governor and lieutenant governor to maximum two terms (8 years total), preventing candidates from filing for a third term.

Limits secretary of state, attorney general, and state auditor to maximum two terms (8 years total), preventing candidates from filing for a third term.

Amendment must be submitted to voters at the 2026 general election with the question: "Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to place limits on the terms of office of state legislators and executive officers?"

Terms ending before or in 2027 are excluded from term limit calculations for both legislative and executive offices.
