Establishes the "Missouri Firearms Freedom Act" in section 21.755 of Missouri law to exempt firearms, accessories, and ammunition manufactured and kept within Missouri from federal regulation under interstate commerce authority.

Declares that firearms, accessories, and ammunition manufactured in Missouri from basic materials (unmachined steel, unshaped wood) and remaining within state borders are not subject to federal law or registration requirements.

Permits use of generic and insignificant parts (springs, screws, nuts, pins) imported into Missouri without subjecting the final firearm to federal regulation, as these parts have other manufacturing applications.

Excludes from the act's protections: firearms that cannot be carried by one person, firearms with bore diameter greater than one half inch using smokeless powder, ammunition with chemically explosive projectiles, and firearms discharging two or more projectiles with one trigger activation.

Requires all firearms manufactured or sold in Missouri under this act to have "Made in Missouri" clearly stamped on a central metallic part such as the receiver or frame.
