Prohibits the Department of Revenue Director from supplying or permitting the use of language interpreters during written and driving tests for driver's license applicants.

Maintains existing examination requirements including vision tests, knowledge of traffic laws, understanding of highway signs, and practical demonstration of safe vehicle operation.

Preserves exemptions for renewal applicants, active military members, and honorably discharged veterans from taking complete examinations under specified conditions.

Retains requirements for examiners to report suspected fraud or deception to the director and allows the director to require physical or mental examinations when applicant fitness is questioned.
