Allows courts to suspend imposition of an adult criminal sentence (in addition to suspending execution of sentence) when an offender under 17 is transferred to general jurisdiction and convicted.

Court may impose a juvenile disposition simultaneously with an adult criminal sentence, with successful completion of the juvenile disposition as a condition of the suspended adult sentence.

Division of Youth Services may petition court for custody transfer if offender is beyond scope of treatment programs; court may then revoke suspension, impose sentence, or place on probation.

When offender reaches age 17, court must hold hearing and may revoke suspension, impose sentence, place on probation, or allow continued custody with Division of Youth Services if division agrees.

Time served under juvenile disposition shall be credited toward any adult criminal sentence imposed if the suspension is revoked.
