Requires any person, business, or organization (public or private, for-profit or non-profit) operating camps with activities for children under 18 to submit criminal history background checks on all workers and volunteers.

Requires submission of two sets of fingerprints to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's criminal records repository: one for state criminal records search and one for Federal Bureau of Investigation federal criminal history search.

Fingerprints must be submitted on forms and in the manner prescribed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Fees for the background check searches may be paid by either the camp organization or the individual seeking to work at the camp, at the camp's discretion.

Makes all criminal history records discovered through the background check accessible and available to the camp organization requesting the information, notwithstanding confidentiality provisions in section 610.120.
