Repeals and re-enacts section 209.200, RSMo, to add a new definition of "professional therapy dog" to the service dog statute.

Defines "professional therapy dog" as a dog selected, trained, and tested to provide specific physical therapeutic functions under a qualified handler's direction as part of the handler's occupation or profession.

Professional therapy dogs perform functions in institutional settings, community-based group settings, or when providing services to specific persons with disabilities.

Explicitly excludes volunteer visitation therapy dogs and non-certified therapy dogs from the definition of professional therapy dog.

Maintains existing definitions of service dogs including guide dogs, hearing dogs, medical alert/response dogs, and mobility dogs.
