Modifies section 571.030 regarding unlawful use of weapons to include these legal professionals in the list of exempt individuals alongside peace officers, judges, federal probation officers, and other law enforcement personnel.

Requires the firearms safety training course completion as a condition for the exemption, establishing a specific qualification requirement for prosecutors and circuit attorneys to carry weapons.

Maintains existing exemptions and penalties for unlawful use of weapons violations, including class D felony charges for most violations and enhanced penalties for shooting from or at motor vehicles.
