Repeals and replaces section 105.456 of Missouri Revised Statutes regarding ethics restrictions on state officials and legislators

Adds new prohibition preventing any member of the General Assembly from accepting tangible or intangible items, services, or anything of value from lobbyists as defined in section 105.470

Maintains existing restrictions on state officials (governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, secretary of state, state treasurer, state auditor) from performing services for consideration beyond official compensation

Preserves existing rules limiting property sales/rentals to state entities to transactions under $500 per transaction or $1,500 annually unless made through public notice and competitive bidding

Retains existing prohibitions on attempting to influence state agencies for compensation, with exceptions for adversary proceedings and representation without consideration
