Requires all health benefit plans delivered, issued, continued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2011 to provide coverage for diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders for individuals under 18 years of age.

Prohibits health carriers from denying, refusing to issue, or terminating coverage for individuals solely because they are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Sets a maximum annual benefit of $55,000 for applied behavior analysis for individuals under 15 years of age, with no coverage for those 15 or older; other services have no visit limits.

Requires treatment to be ordered by a licensed physician or psychologist and limits coverage to services provided within Missouri, with treatment plans subject to review no more than once every six months.

Applies to health benefit plans, self-insured governmental plans, self-insured school district plans, and Missouri consolidated health care plans, but excludes supplemental insurance policies.
