Prohibits licensed pharmacies in Missouri from being required to perform, assist, recommend, refer to, or participate in any act or service involving abortifacient drugs or devices, including RU486 and Plan B emergency contraception.

Provides pharmacies immunity from civil or criminal liability for refusing to perform, assist, recommend, refer for, or participate in abortifacient-related services.

Prevents state boards, commissions, and agencies from denying, revoking, suspending, or disciplining a pharmacy license, or imposing other operational conditions, due to refusal to provide abortifacient-related services.

Prohibits discrimination against pharmacies in eligibility for or receipt of any public benefits, assistance, or privileges based on their refusal to provide abortifacient-related services.
