Establishes the "Missouri Firearms Freedom Act" declaring that firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition manufactured commercially or privately in Missouri and remaining within state borders are not subject to federal law or regulation under the interstate commerce clause.

Exempts firearms and ammunition from federal regulation if manufactured in Missouri from basic materials (such as unmachined steel and wood) without significant imported parts; generic parts like springs, screws, nuts, and pins do not trigger federal regulation.

Excludes from the act's protections: firearms that cannot be carried by one person, firearms with bore diameter greater than one-half inch using smokeless powder, ammunition with chemically explosive projectiles, and non-shotgun firearms discharging multiple projectiles with one trigger activation.

Requires firearms manufactured or sold under this act to have "Made in Missouri" clearly stamped on a central metallic part such as the receiver or frame.

Bases authority on the Second, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and Article I, Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution regarding the right to keep and bear arms.
