Adds emergency medical technicians (EMTs) licensed under chapter 190 to the list of healthcare professionals who can report drivers with conditions that may impair safe driving to the Department of Revenue.

Permits EMTs to report patients diagnosed or assessed with disorders or conditions that may prevent safe motor vehicle operation, consistent with existing physician-patient privilege protections.

Allows EMTs to make such reports without requiring a physician-patient relationship to prevent reporting, matching provisions already available to other licensed healthcare professionals.

Maintains existing confidentiality protections, immunity from civil liability for good faith reports, and penalties for false or unauthorized disclosure of reports.
