Repeals and re-enacts sections 110.140 and 110.150 of Missouri Revised Statutes relating to depositaries for public funds.

Requires certified checks accompanying bids to be at least one and one-half percent of the county general revenue (rather than total revenue) of the preceding year, proportional to the funds being bid for.

Maintains the requirement that bids be sealed and delivered to the county clerk by the first Monday of July, with bids publicly opened at noon on or before the first Monday of July.

Makes it a misdemeanor for the clerk or deputies to disclose bid amounts before the selection of depositaries.

Provides that interest on county funds held by depositaries shall be computed on daily balances and paid monthly to the county treasurer, credited to respective funds.
