Extends the Safe Place for Newborns Act to allow parents to relinquish newborns up to 60 days old, increasing from the previous 5-day limit.

Parents relinquishing a child under this act are not required to provide identifying information and cannot be coerced into revealing their identity.

State officials are prohibited from attempting to locate or identify relinquishing parents, with limited exceptions for specific authorized persons including adoptive parents, department staff, courts, and attorneys.

Hospitals, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, and law enforcement officers accepting custody of relinquished infants are granted immunity from civil, criminal, and administrative liability if acting in good faith.

Amends termination of parental rights procedures to recognize voluntary relinquishment under section 210.950 as grounds for abandonment determinations in juvenile court proceedings.
