Repeals and reenacts section 253.090, RSMo, relating to the State Park Earnings Fund established from state park revenues, gifts, and concession operations.

Authorizes the state treasurer to deposit all moneys from the State Park Earnings Fund in any qualified state depository with security requirements and terms as provided by law.

Credits interest earned on State Park Earnings Fund deposits back to the fund.

Permits the department of natural resources to expend up to 50 percent of the preceding fiscal year's deposits annually for revenue bond payments, interest and sinking funds, reserves, depreciation funds, and feasibility reports.

Transfers all remaining moneys in the state park revolving fund as of July 1, 2000, to the State Park Earnings Fund.
