Repeals and replaces section 130.029 of Missouri Revised Statutes regarding campaign contributions by corporations and other entities.

Prohibits corporations, labor organizations, cooperative associations, mutual associations, and all other entities except individual persons or committees organized under campaign finance law from making any campaign contributions or expenditures.

Removes previous authorization provisions that allowed corporations to make contributions if authorized by board of directors resolution, and labor organizations to make contributions if authorized by majority vote of members.

Eliminates requirements for entities to adopt resolutions stating the total amount authorized, purposes, and time period for campaign contributions or expenditures.
