Repeals and reenacts section 301.560, RSMo, relating to motor vehicle dealer insurance requirements and licensing procedures.

Removes the requirement for trailer dealer applicants to furnish proof of a current dealer garage liability insurance policy with their application, while maintaining this requirement for new motor vehicle franchise dealers, used motor vehicle dealers, powersport dealers, wholesale motor vehicle dealers, and boat dealers.

Retains all other licensing requirements for trailer dealers, including the corporate surety bond or irrevocable letter of credit in the penal sum of twenty-five thousand dollars.

Maintains existing provisions regarding bona fide established place of business certifications, photographs, license fees, dealer license numbers, and number plate issuance for all dealer types.
