Reduces the minimum age requirement for concealed carry endorsements from 23 to 21 years old.

Extends the validity period of concealed carry endorsements from three years to five years.

Adds prosecutors and assistant prosecutors/circuit attorneys who complete firearms safety training to the list of exemptions from unlawful weapons laws.

Allows persons 21 and older to transport concealed firearms in vehicle passenger compartments without a permit, provided the firearm is otherwise lawfully possessed.

Clarifies that adults may possess firearms at school-sanctioned firearm-related events and students may participate in school gun safety courses without violating weapons laws.
