Forbids employers from providing an employee's work schedule to anyone other than the employee or their designated representative without authorization.

Prohibits employers from disclosing an employee's personal information such as home address or telephone number to outside parties without the employee's prior written consent.

Violations constitute a class B misdemeanor with civil liability for damages directly resulting from the violation.

Protects employees and patrons from employer retaliation, harassment, dismissal, or eviction for reporting suspected violations of these provisions.
