Repeals sections 516.010, 516.070, 527.150, and 527.180 of Missouri Revised Statutes and enacts two new sections relating to adverse possession.

Eliminates the doctrine of adverse possession in Missouri, prohibiting any person from claiming title, estate, or interest in real property based on adverse possession.

Prohibits any action based on a claim of adverse possession against any person or persons having or claiming title, estate, or interest in property.

Retains provisions in section 516.030 allowing persons with disabilities (under age 18 or mentally incapacitated) to bring actions within three years after the disability is removed, with a 21-year absolute deadline.

Preserves the ability to institute actions to ascertain and determine title, estate, and interest in real property through other legal means not based on adverse possession.
