Expands the crime of interference with lawful hunting, fishing or trapping in the second degree to include persons who knowingly interfere with the lawful taking of wildlife, in addition to those who enter or remain in such areas with intent to interfere

Applies the expanded definition to hunting, fishing, or trapping areas where lawful taking of wildlife may occur

Maintains the offense as a class B misdemeanor with the same penalty structure

Repeals and reenacts section 578.152, RSMo
