Repeals and replaces section 287.190 of Missouri Revised Statutes regarding permanent partial disability workers' compensation.

Establishes a schedule of losses with specific weekly compensation amounts for loss or use of various body parts, ranging from 8 weeks (loss of toe at distal joint) to 232 weeks (loss of arm at shoulder).

Increases scheduled compensation by 10 percent if disability is total by reason of severance or complete loss of use of the affected body part.

Allows administrative law judges or the labor commission to award up to 40 additional weeks of compensation for employees seriously and permanently disfigured about the head, neck, hands, or arms if the disfigurement hinders employment.

Applies compensation rates based on 66⅔ percent of average weekly earnings, capped at specified percentages of state average weekly wage depending on injury date, with minimum $40 weekly compensation for injuries after September 28, 1981.
