Repeals and replaces sections 337.600, 337.603, 337.615, 337.618, and 337.643 of Missouri Revised Statutes relating to social worker licensing and definitions.

Eliminates the "provisional licensed clinical social worker" designation and removes references to provisional licensing in renewal provisions.

Limits master social workers and advanced macro social workers to 48 consecutive calendar months of supervised practice of clinical or advanced macro social work duties while pursuing licensure under sections 337.615 or 337.645.

Modifies supervisor qualification requirements by clarifying that supervisors must have practiced "as a licensed social worker" for a minimum of five years and removing language specifying "uninterrupted" periods.

Revises clinical social worker licensing requirements to remove the provisional license option and streamline the licensing pathways for applicants.
