Prohibits hospitals from requiring physicians to agree to make referrals to that hospital or any hospital-affiliated facility as a condition of receiving medical staff membership or privileges

Prohibits hospitals from refusing, conditioning, or limiting medical staff membership or privileges based on whether the physician or their associates/family members provide services at or have ownership interests in another hospital or health care facility

Prohibits hospitals or hospital systems from denying participatory status in a health plan to physicians or their associates/family members based on their involvement with competing hospitals or health care facilities
